semalam 28 mei 2008 aku ngan bebudak ofis g main skuasy... kami main skuasy setiap minggu pada hari rabu, tapi kadang2 bila banyak benda nak kena settle either office task or private life kami tak main la...mmg letih main skuasy ni n kalau tak silap aku dalam sukan yang menggunakan raket, skuasy la yang paling banyak dapat membakar kalori dalam masa satu jam..
